You can apply to the Patient Rights Unit on the first floor when you apply for health care in our hospital or during your inpatient treatment. Also, you can also use wishes/ suggestions boxes to report your suggestions and complaints.
When you apply for Health Care to a HealthCare Organization, your rights are as follows: Right to benefit from the Service in general:
Utilization of health services within the framework of the principles of justice and fairness. The patient has the right to take service without considering race, language, religion and sect, gender, philosophical belief, economic and social conditions.
The patient has the right to learn all kinds of health services and opportunities and to want all kinds of information about health status orally or in writing.
The Right to Choose and Change Health Facility and Personnel:
The patient has the right to choose, change and benefit from the health services provided by the healthcare facility. The patient can choose, learn and change the identities, duties and titles of the healthcare providers and other health professionals.
The patient has the right to take all kinds of health services in a suitable environment about privacy.
Rejection, Stopping and Consent:
The patient has the right to refuse treatment, to stop, to consent the medical treatment and to benefit from the service within the framework of consent.
The patient has the right to receive health care in a safe environment.
Fulfilling his/her religious beliefs:
The patient has the right to fulfill religious obligations within the opportunities of the health facility and within the framework of the measures taken by the administration.
Respect for Human Values, Dignity and Comfort:
The patient has right to take a service which is respectful, cheerful, polite, careful, hygienic, compassionate, tranquil.
Visitor and Companion Right:
The patient has the right to accept visitors in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the health facilities, and to have the companion in accordance with the regulations of the health facility.
Right to Application, Complaint and Case:
In the act of violation of their rights, the patient has the right to use all kinds of applications, complaints and cases under the legislation.
